Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Primo Wellness & Beauty offers a return and refund process under the following conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• To initiate a return, contact us at primowellnessbeauty@gmail.com or call 619-808-5911 with your order number and reason for return.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error from our side.
